1857 (Jan): 4 d. rose-carmine, used example and a fine horizontal strip of five, on 1858
cover from Glasgow to Lima, Peru all tied by "159" obliterators in black. Reverse with Glasgow cds (Feb 26), London transit cds in red and framed Peruvian "MZ" arrival in black. A fine and unusual make-up of the 2 shilling rate for under ½ ounce.
