In combination with Navigation and Commerce issue x4, in total of 35c, tied by Muong Hou Neua / Haut Laos cds (27 Dec). Transit Dien Bien Phu (21 Jan), Van Bu (27 Jan), Hanoi (3 Feb). Arrived France (11 Mar). Very scarce and unusual route via Muong Hou Neua instead of Laokay. One of the two recorded examples via Muong Hou Neua. An absolute rarity.

790 cover image1903 and 1914 a pair of covers from Lungchow and Hingyuen to France, f.w. Coiling Dragon and Junk issues respectively. Both transit French Indochina. Since apostal convention was reached between China and France, additional franking of French issues was no longer required.

1903及1914年一對龍州及興逺寄法國封，分別貼蟠龍及帆船票，均經法屬印支中轉。自中法兩國簽訂郵政協議後，雲南寄國外即毋須加貼法國票。(Image 1) (Image 2) (Image 3) (Image 4)

791 cover image1904 Yunnanfu (6 Jan) to Peking. Registered red band cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon 1c + 10c, tied by Yunnanfu bisected bilingual cds and R mark. Transit with extremely scarce Tungchuan Post Office non-standard handfilled cds (14 Jan), Chaotung PO tombstone cancel. Further transit Chungking (9 Feb). It is the only recorded example of the Tungchuen non-standard cds. The long delivery time explained why items from Yunnanfu are so rare, not to mention applied with non-standard cds.

1904.1.6 雲南府寄北京。掛號紅條封，貼蟠龍1分 + 1角，銷雲南府半切漢英日戳及R章。1.14鈐極珍罕之東川郵政局手填日期中轉戳，另見昭通郵政局碑形戳。2.9經重慶。此為東川郵政局手填日戳之唯一存世例子。較長的耗時亦解釋了為何出自雲南府之郵品如此稀罕。鈐不規範日戳者更是有如鳳毛麟角。(Image 1) (Image 2)
