Hanoi. Applied with “Hanoi Dispatch Office / Lungchow PO” cds on receipt. After WWII, Lungchow PO sent a service unit to Hanoi to assist handling Chinese civilian mails.
1946.7.20 鎮雄寄諒山，改寄河內收發處。掛號封，背貼孫像30元 +
郵政儲金50元，銷雲南鎮雄三格點線日戳。10.5經河內。10.7抵諒山， 改寄河內。收件回執上鈐模糊但可辨之“龍州郵局駐河內收發處”日戳。在二戰後，龍州郵局派人到河內協助處理河內之中國郵件。(Image 1)

1917, many Chinese merchants in Sinkiang remitted their assets back to mainland China. 500 rb is the maximum amount permitted.
1918.5.17 喀什寄天津。保險封，匯款500盧布，貼俄國軍徽圖共29枚，合6.7盧布，銷喀什俄局Ka-2b型日戳。附Holcombe
