3686 cover image1946 England (26 Aug) to Harbin, returned to sender, f.w. KGVI 1d in strip of 3, tied by Southend-On-Sea meter stamp. Alongside showing scarce “Mail route to destination blockadedm return to sender” cachet. In Apr 1946, Harbin was controlled by the communist party. One of a few examples of this rare cachet.

Wrongly judged as postage due with T mark applied but sent out again normally. Transit Taiyuanfu (24 Jan). Arrived Sinchow(25 Jan). Very interesting cover showcasing retour due to revolution and wrong T mark.
