 Xuantong Year 3 (1911) Postal Warrant issued by the Ministry of Communication, recording delivery to the Uliasutai General. According to Zhou Lin in Asian Philatelist 2015, only 4 such postal warrant are known to exist and it
is the one which was issued for the longest delivery. By the time this warrant arrived Mongolia, Mongolia has already declared independence.
宣統三年（1911）郵傳部火票一件，記錄了公文送遞之烏里雅蘇將軍。《亞洲郵學家》2015曾記錄已知有四件郵傳部火票存世，而此為當中送遞距離最長者。當此票抵達蒙古時，蒙古已宣佈獨立。(Image 1) (Image)

 1920 (25 Dec) Yizhan Warrant from the Office of the Northwest Frontier Commissioner in Urga, authorizing the Mongolian courier free passage to the western route from Urga, including 2 mounted horses and 1 attendant to be
provided by the Yizhan. It proves that the Yizhan system was still operational during the "Interim period".

 ca 1920 The 3rd Bridgade, Northwest Army cover from the Guard of the Northwest Frontier Commissinoer to the Prince Kao of Tusheetu Khan, frankless, written in Mongolian and Chinese. In Jul 1919, 3rd Bridage of the Northwest
Army was assigned to Urga to prevent possible invasion of White Army due to the Russian Civil War. Cover folded at middle and with tear.
約1920年西北軍第三混成旅紅條封，由西北籌邊使公署兵衛廳寄土謝圖汗高王爵，無貼票，以中文及蒙文書寫。在1919年7月， 第三旅被派至庫倫，以防因俄國內戰造成白軍入侵。封中折，帶裂口。(Image 1)

 1927 (16 Apr) Large official cover of "the Commissioner for Urga, Uliasutai, Kobdo and Tuva", applied with Urga Russian PO cds in red with address in Russian and Mongolian. Dated after the interim period, thus being frankless
is highly unusual. The date of this cds was also later than the latest record of Hellrigl. Cover opened at top. The Commissioner for Urga, Uliasutai, Kobdo and Tuva was the latest title used by Chinese senior official stationing in Mongolia.
1927.4.16 “庫烏科唐鎮撫使”大型公文封，鈐庫倫俄局紅色日戳，寫有俄文及蒙文地址。日期為過渡時期後，故無貼票甚為奇特。而日戳日期亦比Hellrigl的記錄更晚。封頂被打開。庫烏科唐鎮撫使為民國駐蒙古的最後一個高級官員頭銜。(Image 1)

 1920 (17 Dec) Official cover from the Governor of Sinkiang Office to Price Suo of Dörbet Right Wing Aimag, Kobdo. Stamps fallen off, with Tihwa origin cds. Transit Kuchengtze (21 Dec). Arrived Kobdo (30 Dec). Between 1919-1921,
ROC government resumed control in Outer Mongolia and offiail mails had to privilege to use Yizhan.
1920.12.17 新疆省長公署封，寄科布多杜爾伯特右翼索汗王，掉票，鈐迪化始發日戳。12.21經古城子。12.30抵科布多。在1919至1921年間，民國政府短暫控制外蒙，期間公文仍可經驛站送遞。(Image 1)

 1922 (13 Dec) Large official cover from the Governor of Sinkiang Yang Tseng-hsin to a tribe in Dorbet, frankless, applied with the official seal of the governor of Sinkiang on both sides. This cover was probably by Chinese
courrier within Sinkiang (until reaching Kuchengtze) and Yizhan within Mongolia. The cover was sent after ROC government losing control in Outer Mongolia but offiail mails seem still having the privilege to use Yizhan. Rare intertrim period

 1937 (17 Jul) Large official cover from the Governor of Sinkiang Yang Tseng-hsin to the Duke of the Wulianghai (Tuva) Right Wing Banner, frankless, applied with the official seal of the governor of Sinkiang on both sides.
According to the manuscript, this cover was forwarded by the Chinese commander to Wulianghai who probably stationed at Sinkiang-Kobdo border. This cover was probably by the military within Sinkiang and Yizhan within Mongolia. The content was a
démarche from the USSR Ambassador to China Karakhan to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stating that USSR government was going to withdraw the troops in Mongolia which did not come true. The intention of the mail was to persuade the Duke to choose the
Chinese side but it also failed. Probably the latest Yizhan / Urtoo mail between Sinkiang and Mongolia.

大型公文封由新疆省長楊增新寄烏梁海右翼札薩克鎮國公巴，無貼票，鈐紅色官印。批注按應是經（駐紮於新疆-科布多邊境）中方指揮官轉遞。此封應是經新疆省內軍方及蒙古境內驛站送遞。內容為蘇聯駐華大使喀拉罕致外交部照會一份，指蘇聯政府即將把外蒙之軍隊撤走，但事實上並無實現。此信之意圖是為拉隴鎮國公支持中方，但無功而還。可能為往來新疆及蒙古間最晚的驛站郵件。(Image 1)

 1921 (14 Jul) a certificate of identity issued by the Urga General Chamber of Commerce, dated just one week after Red Army occuping Urga. Given the withdrawal of Chinese officials and troops, the chamber tried to protect the
interest of the Chinese merchants.
