 1903 (14 Aug) Indian KEVII 1/4a PSC, from Calcutta to F M Bailey, Gangtok, tied by Calcutta cds. Arrived with extremely scarce Temporary PO D cds (16 Aug). Temporary PO D was the earliest PO used by the British Frontier
Commission in Base Office, Gangtok. One of the three known covers with this scarce cancellation.
