respectively. Cover opened out for display. Ex- Gooch. Hellrigl estimtated that about 60-80 covers with surch 25m/40m stamp exist. Levied with Chinese postage due twice is also peculiar.

dated 29 Jun 1932. No censor mark of Manchouli frontier police. On 24 Jul, ROC announced the withdrawal of post office in Manchuria due to the Japanese invasion.
