 1909 Anda (13 Dec) to a naval officer of cruiser Zemchug at Vladivostok. Picture postcard with manuscript of "Anda", f.w. Coat of Arms 3k, tied by Chinese Eastern Railway line 261 type 2 oval d.s. Arrived Vladivostok (15 Dec).
T&S recorded only one loose stamp example from Anda Russian PO which made it the only way to acquie an item from Anda.

1915.8.21 海參崴寄阿什河，背貼軍徽圖2戈比x5，銷海參崴火車站橢圓形日戳。正鈐檢查章。8.23抵達，鈐稀罕少見之阿什河T&S1型日戳。Lipschutz舊藏。附有Peter
