1057 cover image1911 Lhasa (13 Sep) to Directorate General Post, Peking. Registered cover, f.w. Tibet surch Coiling Dragon 1/2a + 3a + 4a, tied by Lhasa Dollar cds., alongside with registered mark. Transit Batang (4 Oct), Tatsienlu (3 Dec). Arrived Peking (13 Feb). Only less than 10 covers taking Kham-Tsang Route are known to exist and all of them having the same address which were used to test the route. When the cover arrived at Peking, Qing government was already overthrown.

1911.9.13 拉薩寄北京郵政總局。掛號封，貼西藏蟠龍1分 + 6分 + 8分，銷拉薩大圓戳，旁鈐掛號章。10.4經巴塘，12.3經打箭爐。2.13抵北京。大清郵政康藏郵路封存世不足十件，均寄相同之收件人，顯然用於測試中轉時間。當此封到達北京時，清朝已被推翻。(Image 1) (Image 2)

1060 cover image1911 (29 Aug) By W.G. O’Sullivan from Gyantse to India. Registered cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon Tibet surch 3p + 1/2a + 1a x2 + 2a + 2-1/2a, tied by Gyatnse Dollar cds, alongside with scarce type CR1 registered mark. Transit Yatung (4 Sep) with dollar cds. In combination with Indian KEVII 1/2a + 2a, tied by Yatung BPO cds., matching with Yatung FPO No. 70 registered label. Arrived Darjeeling (6 Sep). Beautiful franking. Despite pilatelic, the sender O’Sullivan was said to have supervised the evacuation of the Chinese troops driven out of Tibet in Nov 1911.

2107 image1900 Peking (23 Feb) to France, f.w. Peace and Commerce issue ovpt. Chine 25c. Showing manuscript "Pekin 23 Feb 1900" on reverse. Adhesive did not canclled until transit at Paris (6 Nov). Arrived Yssingeaux (7 Nov). Very peculiar example, probably not formally posted at Peking French PO because the situation in Peking turned unstable due to boxers?

1900.2.23 北京寄法國，貼和平及商貿神像加蓋Chine 25生丁，背面寫有“Pekin 23 Feb 1900”批注。貼票到巴黎11.6中轉才蓋銷。11.7抵Yssingeaux。十分奇特少見之例子。可能因1900年初北京因義和團而局勢不穩，故未有經北京法國客郵局投遞？(Image 1) (Image 2)
