(13 Mar). With clear printed content. Chapei Camp was located at the Great China University and detained 1056 people. Example from Chapei Camp is rarther scarce.

 1946 United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration, Shanghai (28 Jun) to Denmark. Airmail cover, f.w. Britain KGVI 1d x2 + 1sh, tied by FPO 534 cds. In 1943, the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration
(UNRRA) was agreed to be established to provide supplies and services to areas under occupation by the Axis Powers. The largest project was the China program. The China Office was opened in Shanghai at the end of 1944, and operated until December 31,
1947.

and re-sealed. Arrived USA. Damage of bottom right corner. Kaifeng surch issues were sold since 9 Oct 1945 and were withdrawn from sales on 15 Dec.
