to manage Qiaopi. Incoming Qiaopi must be censored by this authority. However, this example was not censored.

 1953 and 1955 a pair of remittance covers from Bangkok to Shanghai and Swatow Former f.w. Rama IX 1.15 Baht, alongside with “Chin Sin” Qiaopiju oval seal and Hong Kong forwarding Qiaopiju cachet. Latter frankless, applied with
“United Credit Co Ltd” oval seal and BOC Swatow receipt seal. Rare example with Hong Kong Qiaopiju seal. In early 1950s, Thai Government strictly controlled foreign exchange market which significantly impacted the Qiaopi industry. In 1953, Qiaopiju
in Siam merged into three limited companies. Chin Sin is one of the three. These three companies further merged into “United Credit Co. Ltd” .
1953及1955年一對曼谷寄汕頭及上海之僑批。前者貼拉瑪九世1.15泰銖，旁鈐“臣信”橢圓形戳、香港“陳四興批局”
橢圓戳。後者無貼票，鈐“信聯有限公司”橢圓形戳記及汕頭中國銀行圓戳。帶有香港批局中轉戳者甚罕。 1950年代初，泰國政府嚴格控制外匯，大大影響僑批局生意。1953年，泰國僑批局實行聯營，分為三家集團公司 注冊，臣信為其中一家。後來三家公司再聯合成立“信聯有限公司”。(Image 1)

 1930 (29 Sep) Huipi from Amoy to Manila, f.w. Reaper 15c for international letter rate, tiedby Amoy postal saving promotional meter stamp. Since 1927, Filipino Post required that all Qiaopi must be franked with stamps. Chunghwa
Post followed suit and Huipi therefore required to be franked with stamp.
1930.9.29 廈門寄馬尼拉回批，貼農穫圖1角5分，合國 外信函郵資，銷廈門郵政儲金機戳。自1927年，菲律賓 郵政要求每一封僑批都需貼票。中華郵政相應配合，回 批亦需貼票。(Image 1)

 1930s a collection of 7 Qiaopi from Philipiness to Fukkien, plus a remittance slip. Mostly f.w. Filipino issues as Filipino Post required every Qiaopi had to be franked with stamp since 1927. One cover, however, is frankless
and peculiar.
