Interesting Usage

#283 in Vern Morris Census Two strikes of the "OCT 15" (1858-1859) Blood's circular handstamp and Philadelphia Octagon Datestamp at top center (Clarke 100). Addressed to Box 1820 at the Post Office. The letter was dropped off at the post office for box delivery, then picked up and delivered by Blood's.
