Alle Marken entwertet in blau "BERLIN POST-EXPED.13. / 17 4 1868", nebengesetzt Einzeiler "FRANCO" (Hamburg, vdL 1427) und New Yorker PAID ALL-Stempel in rot. Obere Rückklappe fehlt, Kuvert gebräunt, aber trotzdem reizvoller Beleg, rs. vermerkt "Received May 1868".
