202 1799 (Nov 26) Entire to The Earl of Ferrers at Rikedale with scarce experimental unframed crown and "FREE" over date (LF14), a reasonable strike, unusually with "NOV / 29 99" late fee datestamp on reverse.

203 1800-06 Entire letter and entires (3) with apple type Free datestamps comprising the uncommon 1800 experimental types LF15 and LF16 (July 30, second recorded day of use), 1802 (Apr. 5) type LF17 datestamp with "V" for "5" in the date, and type LF18 in black, all fine strikes, a scarce group. (4).

207 1784 London Gazette with P.O notice on postal rates, including free franking for M.Ps 40 days before, during or 40 days after the sitting of Parliament; 1802 Evening Mail with P.O reward notice for John Hatfield, accused of counterfeiting franks; and 1832 (Dec 3) printed P.O notice "Parliament is dissolved, all letters and packets to be charged except those from public officers exempt from postage", a little reduced, corner faults clear of the printed text. (3).

215 1823-25 Fronts from Dublin both handstamped red underlined "Above the privileged number" (DN4) applied in error and crossed out, the first with "2/6" and "Disallowed 2/6" both crossed out, the second with a "2/4" charge crossed out and a Free datestamp. Nineteen examples recorded by Galland (16 on fronts only), just these two fronts having the handstamp applied in error and deleted. (2).
