207 1784 London Gazette with P.O notice on postal rates, including free franking for M.Ps 40 days before, during or 40 days after the sitting of Parliament; 1802 Evening Mail with P.O reward notice for John Hatfield, accused of counterfeiting franks; and 1832 (Dec 3) printed P.O notice "Parliament is dissolved, all letters and packets to be charged except those from public officers exempt from postage", a little reduced, corner faults clear of the printed text. (3).

Nineteen examples recorded by Galland (16 on fronts only), just these two fronts having the handstamp applied in error and deleted. (2).
