1388 1900 (Oct 26/27) Stampless covers posted within Ipoh paid in cash due to a shortage of low value stamps, with an Ipoh squared circle datestamp and "PAID" handstamp, manuscript "1ct" or "3cts" and initials alongside. Also printed perforated labels "Postal Receipt for 1 Cent" or "Postal Receipt for 3 Cent" (2) all with Tanjong Malim squared circle datestamps (Oct. 30/Nov. 2 1900). (2 covers + 3 labels).
