1307 1900 (May 22) Philatelic cover to Germany bearing both 1891-99 sets of three and 1898 Pahang overprint 10c, 25c, 50c green and black and $1, all cancelled by Kuala Pahang datestamps, with boxed "PEKAN. PAHANG / R" boxed registration datestamp, the address largely removed and the addressees name crudely reinstated, vertical fold and gum staining to several stamps, the 1898 50c and $1 scarce used on cover. S.G. £1,550 as stamps.

1310 image1903 $50 Surcharge and Pahang overprint on Perak $5, fine mint and very scarce. An accompanying article from "Stamp Collecting" (1964) includes a letter sent from the F.M.S stating "the stamp was issued as the result of a misunderstanding and only 20 or so were sold, nearly all at once attached to deeds". However the word "Postage" was not obliterated and one example is known postally used on a cover to H.L'Estrange Ewen, and a mint example is in the Royal Collection. Barefoot 3, £500. 1312 1940-41 Stamp shortages, covers and cards bearing stamps of Perak, Pahang + Negri Sembilan + Selangor, or Selangor (2, one with a stamp removed), also stamps of Selangor (61), Straits Settlements (3), Perak, Negri Sembilan (5) or Pahang (22, 3c green, 8c grey or 8c scarlet), all used in Pahang in 1940-41, and four examples of the uncommon Pahang 8c scarlet used in Negri Sembilan in 1941-42, a scarce and interesting study. (5 covers + 96 stamps).
