(stamps washed off) from Buenos Aires with spectacular v. fine giant purple N.320227a "Accident d'Avion/Correspondences recuilles en mer/NE PAS TAXER" (only recorded in black by Nierinck) on reverse; the plane crashed off the coast of Brazil & the mail was washed up on a beach near Sarita. Plus June 1935 fine env. to Switzerland with Brazil $3.50 & $7 tied by Bahia machine but from Tornado forced down in sea (N.350629) and taken on by SS Westphalen's seaplane, being refuelled by Graf Zeppelin en route across the Atlantic.
