Reprints. 1858 40pa greenish blue on yellowish-white wove paper, the exceptionally rare complete sheet of thirty two (8x4) with central row vertically tête-bêche, one stamps thinned and three stamps with small tears mainly in margin, but exceptional with full original gum, almost all n.h.; only two recorded sheets on this paper; mentioned in the handbook by Heimbüchler page 167 where this sheet is discussed in comparison to the printing formerly in the Tomasini collection; the only other recorded full sheet of this rare blue shade was in quite similar condition and it was part of the Cornelia collection offered for 15,000CHF in 2007. 1872 (Nov 22) Cover to Braila franked with 10b blue, Paris issue, perforated 14: 13 1/2, tied by large double circle Calafat in blue, addressed to the Faranga brothers, endorsed "Cu Vaporu" (by Steamboat) and delivered by a Danube steamer as an exception from the regular overland postage; the cover is one of the latest recorded dates for the DDSG postal arrangement; while the Paris issue was first introduced in October 1872, the letter was sent on the 22nd November 1872, days before the expiration of the DDSG agreement; exceptional postal history item; signed Heimbüchler; ex Heimbüchler.
