image EXTREMELY RARE SCROLL-FRAMED DUBLIN "WRONG DATE" - 15 Mar. 1827 front (repaired tear, else fine) to Winchester, "CAVAN/54" at top left, with heading date changed from 15th to 16th and duly initialled by the sender, but unfortunately he was doubly confused because it is endorsed "Put in 15th" and so has "6", "1/9" and then "1/10" charges with a very fine red Dublin fancy scroll-framed "WRONG DATE"mark (JL122) beside the address with a matching very fine red Dublin Inspector's crown alongside.
