Reverse shows extremely rare manuscript annotation of treatment at Kubin Quarantine station and wax seal of this station, Vienna arrival alongside. 1843, Letter posted from Monastir (Bitola - Macedonia) by Ottoman postal system to Belgrade, bearing negative large size with pelmets handstamp of Monastir, entering Serbia disinfected at the Aleksinac Quarantine station, showing negative with Cross handstamps “KONTUMAC ALEKSINACKI” transferred to the Aleksinac Serbian P.O. and posted to Belgrade. Nice early letter carried by the two different postal authorities
