Stampless ccover to VLONE, at upper right despatching "FIER, SHQIPENIE 22-2-1?" handstamped "T" upon arrvail at Valona, red crayon "0,50" (20 p for postage and 25 p for penalty) and paid with 10q carmine and rose (horizontal pair) at front and the balance at back, 2 q chestnut and yellow (horizontal strip of five) and 25 q blue, all of the 1914 Postage Dues, tied by four strikes of "VLONE, SHQIENIE 28-2-15". Overpaid, possibly accidently, nevertheless scarce and decorative. Cover opened at three sides for display. (Image)
