1958, 4¢ Postal Stationery, Large Die Proof (Scott U2PD), in black with small security punch hole with "Duplicate proof / 4¢ envelope embossing die / American Bank Note Company / July 7, 1958" printed below, red "DUPLICATE PROOF" handstamp at top, manuscript "#1" in black ink at top left and "No value" at top right, and "Approved A.
