1804 Draped Bust S-266c F Details Net G. Perhaps F+ details but pitted from corrosion. The obv cud above RTY of LIBERTY and the rev cud above AMERICA are plainly visible. (These are diagnostic for die state C.) Most of the reported mintage for 1804 was comprised of earlier dates. Bowers estimates that actual number of coins struck with the 1804 date to be about 60,000 of which only 750 to 1,000 remain today in all grades.
