1900 Olympic Surcharges group of varieties incl. 5l on 1D with DOUBLE OVERPRINT in mint block of four (bottom pair unmounted), very fine, signed Calves; 25l on 40l with DOUBLE OVERPRINT, mint hr, very fine, signed Calves, plus a forgery of the same stamp; 25l on 40l with additional 50l surcharge in black, mint og, small stain at left, slightly toned gum and a couple of thin spots, plus a forgery of the same stamp; and 50l on 2D and 1D on 5D with what looks like forged double overprint varieties, a great lot for the specialist (Image)
