Sender states: "Peru-Equator 23/11 12 Steamer Urupampa..tomorrow we reach the first port in Ecuador...today a revolution has started there...". As the town of Urubamba is far off the coast in the mountains, the marking is probably a postal agency aboard a ship of this name.
