On arrival in San Juan, Puerto Rico the steamer endorsement altered to the 'Mersey' and the letter prepaid with Great Britain 1865 4 d. vermilion pl. 14 boldly tied by "C61" obliterator in black with 'Porto Rico' cds below (July 4) and thence to Puerto Plata (internal docketing of receipt July 7).
