These deleted with manuscript and '14' due marking in blue as the letter found to be double weight and charged with 1870 Italian Postage Due 40 c. pair and 1 lire pair tied at Genova (June 28). We know of just three covers and four pieces. The latest recorded usage of the "Late Fee" handstamp, small imperfections commensurate to journey and handling but a fascinating cover.
