MILITARY POST OFFICE/TROOPSHIP No.12/EXPEDITIONARY FORCE' oval d/s in violet used on board HMNZT 'Waimana' on tatty cover to Australia, 1915 Cairo PPC endorsed "Zeitoun Camp" with '...DETAILS' cds and boxed 'FRANKED' cachet, 1915 YMCA envelope with 'MOUNTED BRIGADE/FIELD/-1NO15/POST OFFICE/N.Z. DIVISION' cds used at Sarpi Rest Camp (Lemnos Island, Greece) after their time on Gallipoli, 1915-16 boxed 'N.Z. MILITARY POST OFFICE/EXPEDITIONARY FORCE' d/s on Egypt PPC x3 and on covers x2, 1916 Heliopolis PPC with 'No.1/STATIONERY A.P.O.' cds used at Zeitoun and 'N.Z.F.A./FRANKED/W.R.GOLDEN Lieut/N.Z. & A.D.A.C.' oval cachet in violet, 1916 El-Marg PPC with boxed 'PAQUEBOT' cachet & 'BOMBAY/21MY16' cds alongside, 1917 Canal Zone PPC endorsed "No2 NZ Gen Hosp, Codford, Wilts" with 'No.5 STA. 1950-56 Korean War OAS airmail covers to New Zealand almost all with name & return address on back, noted 1950 with KGVI 6d pair tied 'NZAPO/24OC50/444' cds used on board HMNZT 'Ormonde' en route to Korea (Proud gives dates 10-31.12.50 with cds proofed on 31.10.50 which is an error), then group with 'NZAPO/444/F.P.O.-3' cds used at Pusan to 31.3.53 and then at Inchon to 15.6.56 from various servicemen including a couple using Canadian Legion envelopes and a latest date of '24JA56', also 1953 with KGVI '3d' on 1d green overprint tied 'NZAPO/444/F.P.O.-2' cds used at Taegu, plus three from British Field POs with Great Britain KGVI 2½d red tied 'FPO/740', with NZ KGVI 3d blue tied 'FPO/740' on 'BRITISH COMMONWEALTH FORCES' envelope and with GB QEII 1½d pair tied 'FPO/790', condition variable but mostly above-average.
