Police), to family member in Deptford, countersigned Lt. Henniker Gotley, cancelled by the rare double-ring Army Post Office CDS Code 2, 4 SEP 16. Kasama squared circle transit and Base 4 violet receiving cachet, altered in manuscript to '1'. Ex Sinton.
