1945 (Sep./Oct.) Stampless period: Four covers sent to India during the stampless weeks after the Jap. Occupation and before own stamps were available, with two from Kuala Lumpur (one of the earliest known dated '24 SE 45'), one from Penang and the fourth one from Singapore, with censor marks and arrival datestamps.
