The sheet with this extraordinary variety was bought in the Bulawayo Post Office in 1935 and the purchaser found a block of twelve imperforate between. Just three unused pairs exist, one on a cover and one unused pair being housed in the Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II - and this famous and unique block of four. The sheet with this extraordinary variety was purchased in the Bulawayo Post Office in 1935 and the purchaser found a block of twelve imperforate between. Just three unused pairs exist, one pair being housed in the Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, an unused imprint block of four together with this pair on cover.
