The sheet with this extraordinary variety was bought in the Bulawayo Post Office in 1935 and the purchaser found a block of twelve imperforate between. Just three unused pairs exist, one on a cover and one unused pair being housed in the Collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II - and this famous and unique block of four.
