1946-56 BCOF/Korea covers to Australia noted 1946 with 'No8 AUST BASE PO/C' cds used at Kure x2 one additionally with Indian 'FPO/No. 652' d/s, 1948 airmail with 6d Kookaburra 'BCOF/JAPAN' overprint tied 'AUST UNIT POSTAL STN/453' cds and 'UPS/453' registration h/s used at Eta Jima, another with BCOF KGVI 3d tied 'A.F.P.O. 28./R.A.A.F.-JAPAN' cds and blue 'AFPO/BOFU' R label, two with BCOF ½d Kangaroo blocks of 6 or 8, also unfranked with 'RAFPOST/JAPAN' cds, a couple with Japanese stamps added (not valid but tied 'AUST ARMY PO/214' used at Empire House, Tokyo), 1950 with 'CERTIFIED OFFICIAL/BCOF POSTAL UNIT' cachet, 1953 airmail from 'No 8 AUST BASE PO/A' at Kure with 'BAPO/5' registration h/s, range of covers from British Field POs with either Australian or British adhesives & cds including British 'FPO/158', '.../790' x5 (one registered with GB QEII 9d and blue R label with '790' h/s), '.../948' x3 and '.../949', some with return addresses, one endorsed "UNKRA" [= United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency], etc, condition variable.
