1949 folded pictorial souvenir "cover" (Dunedin views, probably a 1948 centennial production), to Canada by air but franked only GV 2d, 6d. Overweight, so charged 140 centimes postage due. Also cover to Canada Oct 1938 franked GVI 1d, charged 10 centimes due. Both well written up. Fine.
