Includes 5 examples of 2/6d green Arms type on commercial covers to Uruguay, Kenya, Australia, Malta & USA. Also the 2/6d brown on Censor covers to USA (2) & Chile; 2/6d green & 5/- red in combination on attractive Sep. 1947 Express Air Mail to Switzerland and 2 examples of use on 1941 Trans Atlantic/Trans Pacific route Censored Air Mails to India.We note a fine example of £1 brown Arms Type on 1 Oct. 1948 plain FDC (SG £325) and 1948 RSW £1 on 25 May 1948 illustrated 30th Philatelic Congress cover. Lot also incl. examples of the 1951 2/6d & 5/- values on cover, incl. example of the latter on FDC to NZ. Also 1938-49 Arms types 10/- (both shades) & £1 in used blocks of 4 (off paper).
