World War I wreck salvage cover & content from the P & O Steamer 'Mongolia' (sunk by a mine 58 miles off Bombay): A front of a registered envelope - possibly addressed to India(Address washed out), with oval 'Accident at Sea etc.' cachets in violet(2); together with the OHMS Returned Postal Packet envelope, with Inventory of content & note from the Returned Letter Section.
