image Bahamas: 1919 (Jan. 30) Royal Bank of Canada envelope to Cuba, franked by 1912-19 1/2d., and War Tax 1d. pair tied by Nassau c.d.s’s, showing straight line “NASSAU TO MIAMI” with “PASSED BY CENSOR” in reddish mauve believed to have been applied at Nassau on the reverse. This is the only recorded censored item for this flight going to Cuba. Also 1918 (Aug. 6) cover registered to U.S.A., with violet circular “RELEASED BY CENSOR BOARD”.
