image Australia States - Fabulous Mostly Unused Stamp Collection - An excellent mostly unused neatly hinge mounted collection of a couple 100 different starting in 1850's on old Scott Junior album pages, along with a couple stock cards. Many well-centered stamps with better including Queensland Scott 16, 111, 122, 125a; South Australia with several large queens early 20th century, Tasmania with good value, Victoria (Scott 193-204 and much more), and Western Australia (lots of Swans!). Much is the $10+ range with several higher. Very high SCV. Some mixed condition but generally F-VF throughout. Ex-Nilsestuen collection. (Est $750-950) (Image)

image Victoria SG 53b on Cover, Packet Paid to New York, 1857 - Scott 17 (SG 53b orange yellow shade) tied by "1" killer cancel. A red "Australia Packet Paid Liverpool AP 12 57" forwarding cancel with "1d" red handstamp. Also "19 cents" and "24 N York Br PKT May 1", "L AP 13 A" (Liverpool) backstamp as well as a "Melbourne D JA 7 1857 Victoria" rimless oval backstamp. Envelope is cloth inside, with wax seal, and somewhat soiled. Still appealing. (Est $60-80) (Image)
