1871 (September 11) Clean mourning cover to Aylesford, Nova Scotia, endorsed "via Halifax", bearing 1p vermilion strip of five rough perf 14-16, nicely tied by oval 'A02' grids, red crayon "4" (sterling) denoting credit accountancy mark for British Packet sea voyage to Halifax; Antigua SP 11 dispatch CDS, portion of St. Thomas SP 13 and oval (Halifax) SP 27 transit backstamps.
