image PLATE RECONSTRUCTION 2d blue, complete plate reconstruction of all twelve positions. The original plating is from the Ferrari Collection (13th October 1921, lot 398) and was purchased by Burrus. He changed 5 positions namely 2, 6, 9, 10 and 11, positions 10 and 11 being taken from the Arthur Hind reconstruction. This reconstruction includes the popular "PENOE" for "PENCE" of course in position 7. It shows a mixture of impressions from early to intermediate, mostly all with clear to good margins, some are with large margins, some faults (SG £42'000) Provenance: Ferrari, Burrus Expertise: Cert.
