image Ireland. 1856 Entire letters from Dublin to Kingston, Upper Canada, both with "186" spoon cancels (codes "1" or "8E"), the first with three 2d blues paying the 6d Allan Line rate but sent on the Cunard "Arabia" so underpaid by 2d, charged "2½" (currency) with "1d" credit to the Canadian Post Office; the second franked 4d + 2d (2) paying the correct 8d Cunard Line rate, sent on the "Niagara", red "1d" credit to the Canada Post Office. image 1864 (Apr 22) Cover to England with two 1859 5c stamps cancelled by concentric circles, endorsed "7cts Paid Cash TEM, PM", an "ORILLA / C.W" datestamp on the front, arrival backstamp of Stockton on Tees (May 9). A rare combination of stamps and cash to pay the 17c rate by British Packet via the USA, carried on the Cunard Line "Asia" from Boston, the cash endorsement written by the Orilla Postmaster Thomas E.
