image 1872, 6d. green, two horizontal strips of five and single stamp, 5s.6d. rate for a letter weighing 2¾oz. on large fragment of cover from "ST.CHRISTOPHER SP 30 72" (inverted year slugs), addressed to the New Sombrero Phosphate Co., London with part of arrival mark alongside. Cover and adhesives showing various imperfections/postal wear. Stated to be the highest known franking from that period. (Image)

image 1858/1961, St.Christopher+St.Kitts-Nevis, mint and used collection in a DAVO album from two GB stamps postmarked "A12" (4d. rose and 6d. lilac), regular issues rom 1870 with some interesting specialisation, e.g. SG 8w mint, shades, flaws, specimen, bisected stamp, overprints, 23a (unsevered pair) mint, a lovely study of postmarks, issues of St.Kitts-Nevis. In addition a stockbook with duplicates up to early 1980's. A very interesting lot full of substance, very carful viewing advised! (Image)
