Universal Postal Union allocation of stamps hinged to pages from an archival collection with various 'REPRINT' & 'SPECIMEN' Overprints including Postage & Revenue Perf 10 set - some staining - to £20, also Thin 'POSTAGE' set CTO & very scarce thus, and a few others. Ex Belgian Post Office Archives. [The stamps have all been soaked-off their original pages & therefore have little or no gum. Each page has official notations on the reverse]

PRESENTATION SHEETS: c.1892 page headed 'SPECIMEN/SOUTH AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE & REVENUE STAMPS/...' (276x361mm) with ½d x2 to 2/- x2 complete including Unissued 1/- violet plus a few later issues, overprinted 'REPRINT' x35 or 'SPECIMEN' x16 and all tacked onto the sheet, a few minor blemishes & reinforcing of the characteristic folds still remarkably fresh. Superior quality to Bill McCredie's example that sold for $641.
PRESENTATION SHEETS: c.1892 page headed 'SPECIMEN/SOUTH AUSTRALIAN REVENUE STAMPS/...' (276x333mm) with 'POSTAGE & REVENUE' Perf 11½-12½ 2/6d to £20 + £5 brown issued in 1895, all lightly tacked to the page, remarkably fresh. Superior quality to Bill McCredie's sheet that sold for $1223.
