1857-61 Inwards Covers From England to Adelaide all with GB 6d lilac single frankings comprising 1857 from Ilford with large Type UF1-4 'GPO/ADELAIDE' datestamp on face with Type UF1 'NORTH ADELAIDE' arrival datestamp in red on reverse (rated 2R); 1857 & 1861 covers from Chatham with different types of Chatham '173' duplexes tying stamps, the former addressed to a passenger aboard the "Janet" docked at Port Adelaide, the voyage delayed at Suez, with mss "Left this Ship" and "To be left at the Post Office till called for" applied on arrival, both covers appropriately backstamped.
