image ROWLAND HILL AUTOGRAPHED LETTER: 21st July 1835 EL signed by Hill as Secretary at "South Australian Colonial Office" to "Benjamin R. Baker". Hill was secretary from 1833 to 1839 and worked successfully to establish a settlement without convicts at what is today Adelaide.
