SLAVERY RELATED: Group inc. 8 Jul. 1814 EL charged 1/3½d to Madeira having superb strike of circular London Paid Ship Letter mark in red, 1826 accounts sheet entitled "Monthly Account of Negroes, Stock, Produce, Receipts & casualties on Cane Grove Estate, St. Vincent, the property of J.W" having v. fine stepped "SHIP LETTER/KINGSBRIDGE" mark in black on front and endorsed "per Enchantress"; 1817 EL from Capetown to Huth, London with reversed step type "SHIP LETTER/DEAL" mark and 1829 wrapper with stepped "DEAL/SHIP LETTER" mark.
