Batum. 1920 (June) 1r - 50r Set of nine overprinted "British Occupation" in mint multiples, all containing the variety "BPITISH" (position 1/19), the 7r within a pair, the 1r, 2r, 5r and 15r within blocks of four, the 3r, 10r, 25r and 50r within strips of three. The 7r with heavy crease, 15r a little stained, 2r with minor gum stain, otherwise fine and a scarce set in multiples, just 175 possible examples on the 50r and no more than 660 examples on any value above the 1r.
