image POSTAL CARDS: 1897 printer's proof without stamp 'HORNSBY LIGHT HOUSE/SYDNEY NSW' in dull red (yachts in the background), minor blemishes on the address side otherwise superb. A very rare unadopted design by the Government Printer, William Gullick. Only six examples, all in different colours, are known. They were dispersed in 1984 and this is the first example we have seen for many years.
