Advertising covers accumulation with many illustrated including for 'Bevilles Gift Store', 'Norman H Seward Optician', 'M Baltzer Boot Manufacturer', 'IXL Jam', 'Yellow Cabs', 'Pope Rotary Mowers', 'Tyre Service', 'Central Ausrtalia Tourist Bureau', etc, also 1943 'Invoice Enclosed' parcel 'tag' (envelope) registered, range with KGV Heads, then on to around 1960s, some 'PAID' cancels and meter mail, postcards with "Second Class" endorsements, overseas usages including airmail, postmark interest, generally fine. An excellent basis for expansion.

Box of covers with commercial mail, Stationery used & unused, commemorative cancels, flight covers including a couple autographed, variety of KGV frankings including 3d 'OS' overprint + 2d Bridge 'OS' x2 on Faith in Australia cover, 1933 'Parliament House/NSW' black & red R label (annotated "rare C4A type"), bundle of KGVI 3d on Avis de Reception cards some with 'A+R' perfins, some modern noted 1972 formular aeorgramme to Paraguay with 12c Rehabilitation, plus batch of New Zealand 1930s-60s Health FDCs, condition variable but mostly fine.

1911-36 commercial registered covers with red labels from Armytage, Fish Creek & Toongabbie (all Vic), red & black labels from Jerilderie (front only, with NSW/Kangaroo combination franking) & Ungarie (NSW, label defective), blue & black label from Hobart, and blue label from 'CANBERRA EAST/FCT', all opened-out & degrees of soiling.

1915 usage of black/red 'INTERSTATE/PARCEL POST' label with rare franking of Kangaroos 2d 6d & 1/- pair (one badly damaged) all with 'BS/&F' perfins (with curved top to 'F') of Beath Schiess & Felstead (Warehousemen) all tied by the huge rubber oval 'PARCELS OFFICE/OCT 6 1915/MELBOURNE' datestamp, some creasing. An outstanding item for the collector of parcel mail or perfins. [The rate was 2/8d for a parcel weighing between 4 & 5 pounds, to any interstate address. We cannot identify the watermarks. However, the usage is from very late in the Second Wmk period, and before any of the Third Wmk values were issued. The First Wmk & Second Wmk 1/- catalogue $1250 & $2000 respectively on cover]
1918 two covers endorsed "Letter for enemy country enclosed" to Switzerland each with the rare boxed 'PASSED BY/CENSOR SD/...' (small letters) cachet in violet applied at Sydney, plus a cover without the endorsement & the standard cachet in red for comparison.

1918 KGV 1d red 'Star' Envelope to internee "W. M. Jasper, GCC 32 / 6, Holdsworthy" with Adelaide '19MAR18' machine cancel, opened by censor & resealed with small pink label and 'CENSORED/GERMAN CONCENTRATION CAMP/LIVERPOOL' cachet on back, endorsed "Postal Note 5/-" in pencil presumably by censor.
1918Angus & Robertson cover to Funk & Wagnall in New York with scarce franking of KGV ½d & Rough Paper 1d red Die II x2 tied by Sydney 'HELP TO WIN THE WAR/...' slogan leaving both spurs exposed.
1919YMCA cover endorsed "Prisoner of War Letter" sent unfranked to Melbourne by ex-internee "F Arnold SS Valencia" (return address) with 'ALBANY/20OC19/WESTERN AUSTRALIA' cds. [The SS 'Valencia' left Sydney on 10.10.1919 for Europe with 400+ deported internees from Holdsworthy Camp NSW; the Sydney Morning Herald reported (copy included) "... probably a call will be made at Albany where further deportees will be taken aboard ..."; Haynes (p352) questions whether the POW 'free postage' concession applied to deportees; this item was accepted unfranked and is one of the last items posted under the WWI concession in Australia].
1923Department of Education (Vic) cover to Austria with scarce franking of KGV 4d blue + Roo 3d both tied by unframed 'PUBLIC OFFICES' cds, red/white R label, London transit b/s.
1931 (Apr 23) large Commonwealth Bank cover (260x126mm) carried on the First Experimental Airmail to GB with rare franking of KGV SMult Wmk Perf 13½x12½ 1/4d blue-green x6 in two strips of 3 (top strip with small perf imperfections at top) plus Airmail 3d x2 & Kingsford Smith 3d all tied by Sydney cds, flight cachets in violet on face & back, a couple of minor blemishes & slightly shortened at right, Cat $400 for a single on cover.

1931 First Experimental Flight Australia-England group on 'CHRISTMAS GREETINGS' envelopes x7 with variety of frankings, also one from New Zealand, plus Great Britain covers carried on return flight x13, a few registered, also scrapbook of news clippings about the flights, condition quite variable.

1932 large-part parcel wrapper to USA with Kangaroo 6d CofA wmk (ACSC $600 on cover) tied Sydney cds paying foreign small packets rate, green 'DOUANE' & white 'Post Office, Chicago, Ill/Letter Package/Collect 10c' label, US 10c Postage Due 'ALLENTOWN/PA' pre-cancel affixed to pay Customs Fee, minor blemishes.
1947 (Sep 8) Beam Wireless telegram with boxed OTC datestamp, with the Qantas envelope endorsed "CABLE" to "Fitzmaurice/Passenger to London/Lancastrian", boxed 'Phoned By.../Phoned To...' cachet on both items. Unusual.
1970New Zealand High Commission parcel tag to NZ with Navigators 50c Dampier, $1 Flinders & $2 Bass tied 'CANBERRA CITY/-7AU70/ACT-AUST' cds to reverse, couple of staple holes not affecting stamps.
1971 (Mar 2) airmail to France with 30c Flowers, routed via Great Britain arriving during the Postal Workers' Strike so carried by private mail service & hovercraft across the Channel with red 'FLOWN BY/HOVERCRAFT RAMSGATE' and blue 'BY EXPORT LETTER SERVICE/LONDON' & 'POSTE-RESTANTE/BP--300-62/CALAIS-RAMSGATE' cachets on face. [The UK Postal Strike was settled on 4.3.1971 with service resuming from 8.3.1971]
1973 large cover 280x127mm airmail to UK with Aboriginal Art 20c Turtle and Navigators $2 Bass x2 tied 'RELIEF/24OC73/107[?]/NSW-AUST' cds (Hamilton NSW return address) paying the 35c per ½oz Zone 5 rate x12, a few blemishes and sealed with sellotape on back.
1973 small envelope with National Development 10c Oil & Gas and Navigators $1 Flinders & $4 King affixed on back tied 'MT WAVERLEY/-5FE73/VIC-AUST' cds, endorsed on front "$1.00 / Surcharge / 70c / $1.50 / $1.90", slight dicolouration from gummed flap otherwise fine. Receipt for payment of bulk postage or postage due.
1984 parcel tag with Paintings $10 Coming South x2 and Clipper Ships 75c x3 endorsed "CERTIFICATE OF DISINFECTION/ATTACHED TO PARCEL" on back, plus three more with $10 x3 and large 'SAL' label, with $10 x2 and small 'SAL' label, and with $10 endorsed "SURFACE MAIL PLS" all with range of other values to $5.
