1880, letter front with 1d x2 plus 6d with numeral cancellation "12" (Rouxville) combined with Cape of Good Hope 4d x4, to Germany. Necessary mixed franking between both contries. Postage for other countries than GB was 6d Oranje Free Staat and Cape 1/4 s/d. Only few letters with this postage are known ÷ 1880, Brief-Vorderseite nach Deutschland mit 1d (2) und 6d mit Nummernstempel "12" von ROUXVILLE, in Kombination mit Kap der Guten Hoffnung 4d. (4 Stück), notwendige Mischfrankatur zwischen beiden Ländern. Das Porto für andere Länder als GB betrug Oranjefreistaat 6d und Kap 1/4 Sh. Zu diesem Portosatz sind nur wenige Belege bekannt geworden.
