Norway - postage dues 1917, two Russian stationery cards 3kop. red each uprated by 1kop. orange and sent from "????????? 25.9.17" resp. "????????? 14.10.17" (Khabarovsk) to Vinderen near Christiana/Norway. Both cards with comprehensive message written in Russian, with Russian censoring, and charged upon arrival with Norwegian postage dues. The 1st card did arrive on 20 Nov 1917 and was charged with 8ö., the 2nd card reached Vinderen on 30 Nov 1917 and was charged with 16ö. A most interesting duo from Russia's Far East to Scandinavia, at a time when the Russian revolution was ongoing, and with differing duration of transport and at differing rates.
